A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF
ETHIOPIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF
ስምምነት
SUDAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION, AND
MANAGEMENT OF STANDARD GAUGE RAILWAY NETWORK

በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ መንግስት WHEREAS, the Agreement between the

ይህን ስምምነት የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives
ሪፐብሊክ የህዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት ጥቅምት ፳፫ ቀን of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified
፪ሺ፲ ዓ.ም ባደረገው ስብሰባ ያፅደቀው በመሆኑ ፤ the Agreement at its session held on of 2nd November day of
2017;
በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ ህገ መንግሰት NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with
አንቀጽ ፶፭ /፩/ እና /፲፪/ መሰረት የሚከተለው ታውጇል፡፡ Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it
is hereby proclaimed as follows:

፩. አጭር ርዕስ 1. Short Title

ይህ አዋጅ “በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ This Proclamation may be cited as the “Agreement

፫. አስፈጻሚ አካላት 3. Implementing Organs
ይህን ስምምነት እንዲያስፈጽም የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ The Ministry of Transport of the Federal Democratic
ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ ትራንስፖርት ሚኒስቴር በዚህ Republic of Ethiopia is hereby empowered to
አዋጅ ሥልጣን ተሰጥቶታል፡፡ implement the Agreement.
፬. አዋጁ የሚፀናበት ጊዜ 4. Effective Date
ይህ አዋጅ በፌደራል ነጋሪት ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት This Proclamation shall come into force up on
ቀን ጀምሮ የፀና ይሆናል፡፡ publication in the Federal Negarit Gazette.
