In this 2nd issue of “Personal and Caring” Claims Department is again happy to share the good experiences
of satisfied customers along with our exceptional Claim Processing.
Happy customer is our focus and we are making improvements in all areas. We require the support of the
sales force and look forward to their trust and co-operation. As the “Health Insurance Specialist,” we are also
improving our systems and involving technology so that our customers have a wow experience. WhatsApp
is the preferred medium of communication nowadays and our customers can use it for various details on
their claim. Issue 3 will give more details of how WhatsApp is improving the Star Health customer experience.

and September I had approached star insurance with claims intimations ending in
0683379 dated 21/8 and 0790147 dated 9/9 in respect of hospital treatment of Amount Settled:
