• Enterprise or Company must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
(Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia “SSM”)
• Paid up Capital of minimum RM500,000.
• Enterprise or Company must be registered for 1 year or more before application.
• The benefits are extended to all subsidiaries of the holding company. (Section 7 of the
Companies Act 2016)
• Vehicle must be registered under Company registration, Board of Directors, Employee or
their respective spouse.
• Agents / Employees / Members must have been employed / registered member for a
