WORK METHODOLOGY

PROJECT: ACE MEDICAL CENTER SARIAYA, INC.

LOCATION: MAHARLIKA HIGHWAY, BRGY. GIBANGA, SARIAYA, QUEZON
STRUCTURE: INSTALLATION OF PIPES FOR STORM WATER (DOWN SPOUT)

1. Check for stub out pipes intended for storm drain (down spout) indicated at the as per plan
lay out.
2. Connect all pipes intended for storm drain.
3. Make sure that the installed pipes must be self-draining.
4. Fix brackets as per details shown in the lay out.
5. Maintain small gap between the pipe and wall surface.
6. Clamp pipe assemblies on to the brackets and ensure the pipes are in line.
7. Test pipes for leaks under specified pressure for the specified duration and must be
witnessed by client’s representative.
8. Connect the storm drain line (down spout) to the nearest catch basin at ground level.
