grow

have the CSS background that gives some of the granular detail. Will need more global exposure.

prepared - was able to give good examples of her experience and was entusiastic when talking about the
ary and describes herself as "nosey" - wanting to get more information about everything she is involved in to
le but being young is still relatively inexperienced and will need coaching and mentoring to ensure she can

Response/Notes
A lot of her current activities are included in this role so it is a natural progression for her. Her exposure to
these tasks means she believes she is capable of handling the role
Delivering to the best of her ability - getting into the details and understanding all aspects - gives her
confidence in her work and keeps her motivated
Gets frustrated with herself when she cannot get the message across correctly - doesn’t want to make
others lives more difficult

ST wants to get a hi standard of results and be recognised for her effort - wants to perform to the best of
her ability
LT Progress in the GCC org structure

Need to find the right form of communication for the audience - Example given with working with IT
realised that textual communication wasn’t working so used a more visual approach which helped them
understand better-
Comfortable and not intimidated but does have some natural nervousness

Analytical - understanding of the scorecard - also works on ME scorecard. Experience in Siebel Analytics,
report building. Good knowledge of process, always curious and asking questions, wants to learn more,
adaptable to change, prepared to challenge
Deeper understanding of the GCC processes
Example given of SS6 report where different parties were conflicted on detail to put in report - she was the
arbitrator and worked with both parties in determining the correct outcome and was able to justify the
decision
Learning how to handle the scorecard do quickly - was able to run with it and take ownership much
quicker than anticipated - very proud of this

easy to work with, friendly, open, honest, respectful, helpful - what you see is what you get - no nonsense
Understands trending - being mindful to see if this is a blip - if so delve into detail to determine root cause.
Have an eye for detail - seek feedback - rates her analytical skills as hi but realises she has room for

- was slow progress but showing success

Has had good training experience recently with the SS6 report - really enjoyed it and got her message
across well - really growing in confidence in this area - really enjoys passing on knowledge and skills

Has had some exposure working across cultures and is very conscious to ensure that she doesn’t
communicate in a confusing way - keep the message simple and to the point - gave the example of
working with IT where she reconfirms with them that they got the understanding

h many countries across EMEA

uggled to understand all she was tell me. Needs some basic business knowledge coaching

rview I didnt get any confidence that she would be capable of succeeding in the excellence role - this role will
she needs more experience in.
on to lead some small projects for example and work outside her normal routine it might give her some

Response/Notes
it offers a new challenge and she would like to increase her capabilities
an intellectual challenge, satisfaction of a job well done, working as part of a good strong team
A team not working well together - in her previous company the team was not bonded well and she
struggled with that. I asked why she felt the team didnt bond - she thought perhaps cultural differences or
personality clashes but wasn’t sure

ST Develop PM skills - has used them before and enjoyed that

LT to manage projects - enjoyed this in her previous employment - managed a bank wiring job and was
responsible for direct customer interaction - updating status of project and delivery docs for job completion
- really enjoyed this work

Use adequate words to best describe what she wants to say - when unsure if she is being understood
asks questions to get confirmation. Has received positive feedback over the years on her communciation
skills. Feels she is atentive to what a person wants.
Feels uncomfortable - is nrevous and fees intimidated - but id does depend on the person

Willingness to improve; communicaiton skills; personal interactoin skills, likes direct contact with people;
creating relationships; analytical abilities - can analyse and understand things

When in the job would take time to determine what skills are missing - cannot think of any right now
Gave examples of being asked to update an invoice document in PDF - this is technically possible but
goes against policy - so worked with finance to confirm and pushed back - politely declined. Outcome was
it was accepted by the requestor.
After returning from maternity leave she was very proud of the positive feedback that she got from ME on
her feedback and work - also very proud of the strong team that she works with in CoE
Didn’t give an example but said that when criticized she will drive to improve - we are all human and can
make mistakes - didn’t really answer the question fully even after probing
Wasn’t aware of the details of the escalation process - did propose that for ME they need to improve their
handover process to delay bookings

Friendly, willing to help, driven, good team player

Analytical skills to understand the data

Communication skills - talk to people directly to get to the root cause
Prefers to deal directly with people to resolve issues rather than escalating to management - gave an
example of a supplier that was being requested to provide a better del date - the supplier said he would if
another invoice could be paid. Candidate 2 took ownership to follow up and found the order had not been
GR'd - hence payment couldnt be made. Worked wiht the indiviual who didnt do the GR to inform of the
impact. Improved delivery still not promised as invoice not paid so outcome wasnt satisfactory.
Not a great example
Volunteered to train CSS wave 2 but it wasn’t a pleasant experience - she was too new and found it
difficult to train when she wasn’t yet expert and struggled to get the audiences full attention - she isnt
comfortable in front of a large audience.
Feels she needs to be confident in the subject before she can train but believes she will be better at this
now

Has worked across many cultures in Europe and ME - works well - doesn’t see cultural differences as
obstacles - learns from everyone and adapts to any challenges. Is compliant by nature

Asked for many clarifications on aspects of the JD - VOC (didn’t know what this was), GCC fist line
support, compliance auditing
Asked about travel requirement - no issue raised
Asked what my thoughts were of her when interfacting with her - I told her I found her friendly, helpful, and
when i ask for information she always was quick to respond

stay in the GCC org and grow. Has a good analytical mind and takes a positive calm approach to issues.

ocess and pushing back on deviations. Will benefit from understanding the best forms of communication

ood examples to support her responses. Her communication skills worried me slightly as she tended to focus
he is ready for a new challenge and really wants to develop - I agree that she can do more but I am not
r up to speed. I would suggest that she should be given some small projects to own and develop that will give

Response/Notes
feels she has learned a lot and wants to get a deeper involvement. Is a good oppty - TL position doesn’t
really appeal to her - likes to drive processes
wanting the do the best job possible - is in her DNA to do her best

Different expectations with changes - doesn’t like the chaos with everyone wanting to do their own thing

ST get involved as much as possible with the processes - a good time in her life to grow
LT remain in services - GCC role - grow through results in this environment

Keeps communicaiton structured - uses schematics in email - include key points - recpas and leaves
room for questions. Eg given of inventory process in SP where she had to talk the lead to describe the
processes - sent detailed email - got positive feedback
diplomatic and polite - had diffs in past "shy" - now growing in confidence. Must ensure to understand
what people are saying and get validation

attention to detail - analytical - good listener - seeks opinions and feedback

needs to be more outspoken
working on the parts optimization program - had to juggle this with the day job - finds the balance by
understanding the urgency of each and prioritizing - look for quick wins
training the team in Mx - received great feedback and was really happy - never thought she would have
been able to do this - realised her skills are there
has received her fair share of criticism - realises she does the best she can and tries not to take it
personally - takes it on board and learns from it. Eg of FO criticising that she is not doing a task when in
fact it’s a FO role - happy to help and support and describle to it should be done

is familiar with the process but not close to it

calm, polite, supportive

analytical skills - understands data - make sure metrics can be met - real and accurate - get feedback on
whether KPI is realistic
this has been the case since day 1 of the BO - many countries doing their own thing. Need to try to
explain the global process - eg of issues with chargeable contract parts orders - struggles with getting
approvals for FOC or PO from customer
is very structured - likes schematics to support the understanding, gets to key details. Has lots of exp in
Mx, RO training peers, etc - has come to really enjoy it & is much more comfortable - knows her topics
and likes to share knowledge

all her jobs have given her exposure to different cultures globally - always keeps a polite approach in
email and sticks to business points - ensures full understanding and always emphasises the key points -

o deployment - rolled out training there for new recruits and is a peer trainer for new recruits in Bucharest -
very firmly, not afraid of a challenge - takes pride in doing a job well

methods need to be worked - more focus on talking directly rather than lengthy emails. Will need leadership

urrent role that demonstrate her knowledge and skills. She is ambitious and ready for a change and needs to
ssible and is eager for this opportunity to develop new skills. Is she ready for this role?.... not convinced

Response/Notes
From her current experience she is very aware of the differences between the poles in how we handle
things -knows this needs to be more consistent - she has the basis of experience and feels she can put
her knowledge to good use and help improve things
results themselves - enjoys reaching goals, doing better, improving things
Communication between FO/BO - we are in the same org with the same goals but it does not work -
When probed wasn’t able to give a good reaon why this happens and how it could be resolved

ST - would love to get this role and learn and develop in the organisation
LT she how much she can test her limits - improve and bring her perspective into the job

Email, lync, conference calls, screen sharing - whatever necessary to get the message across. Eg given
of Sofia PDC struggling with SAP customer - CSS don’t support but they reached out to help - she took
ownership to respond in email and then worked with directly on the workflow and situation got resolved

No issues with communicaiton - has plenty of experience from training which has given her confidence.
Listens carefully and makes sure she understands others questions and can answer accurately

Training, tools and process knowledge, creating Wis and training/process docs, experience with
transitions
Better organisational skills

Eg of current situation with invoicing - issue with the tool that is causing problems - working with IT to get
a resolution but its taking time - and working with the business who need to get the invoices to customers
- caught in the middle - escalates reg with IT and gives reg updates to business - keeping ownership
Training Mx team - new team, new culture - challenging but rewarding
Poland transition - very smooth & good collaboration with the affiliate and BO

If her work is criticised likes to investigate to get to root cause - happy to admit error and improve for next
time.
If an idea is criticised - realises that others view points are valid and its good to take onboard suggestions
Gave eg of Norway where she was criticized for following process - is dealing with this through
explanations in email and escalations to TL and me
Is aware of the escalation process but doesn’t work with it

helpful, knowledgeable, approachable

attention to detail - identify issues, understand the reason. Rates her attention to detai 8/10
When asked about her analytical skills rates 9/10

try to understand what and why they do it that way - what is the reason - country related requirement?
Communicate with the persons and work directley to prove with the data that what they are doing is
incorrect - work to achieve results. Eg Norway lots of changes in Fo has meant lots of different
approaches - new ideas, not driving standard - need to escalate to resolve
rates her training ability at a 9/10 - actively seeks feedback and knows she is good at it - enjoys training
very much

has worked with other cultures eg Mexico - keeps an open mind - realise the difference and accept it -
make sure to get confirmation that they accept and understand

nts to grow in knoweldge and experience. Has had quite a lot of exposure across different countries/cultures

corecard question was answered weakly.

mples of her experience. She is relatively unexperienced across the different functions - has minimal
her service lines - i think she needs to be given some room to grow in her current position before she can

Response/Notes
Reading the job description this is something that fits her needs and she also thinks she fits the job
needs. Wants to move up a level and sees this as a good oppty
she is driven by results themselves - wants to do a good job
When processes are complex and not all relevant information is available - makes it difficult to understand
the best way to do things

Wants to find a position to match her abilities - plans to stay in that role and learn and grow. Wants
stability - so I asked her why change now and she said she feels she can contribute more that she does
now in an admin role. *Keen to move up the ladder - potential rish of leaving**

Sees herself as not being as patient (shorter temper) but always remembers to put herself in the place of
the other person - detatch from the frustration - eg. DfG - stressful time, delicate situation with RIFs - so
when issues were escalated did not take personally - seen it from the other presons viewpoint
Didnt really answer the question despite probing a few times - didnt get the question...?
Can mCandidate 5ge communication pretty well at all levels - always room for improvement - but is aware
to adjust depending on the person/situation. Is comfortable in all situations and sees herself as being
easily understood - has had positive feedback on this from the countries she works with

Drive, desire to do things in the best possible way

grow in knowledge on the services lines - has the projects background so needs to widen scope
Happens a lot - eg close times - volumes are high and need to balance business needs to complete
bookings - but also individuals need to have reqs raised.
Didn’t say how she mCandidate 5ges the balance - but rather focussed her answer on the fact that she
gets all tasks done - admirable - but we sometimes need to challenge individuals demands

Africa - working on a large complex project - invoicing was messy - came up with a solution to tailor the
invoicing to make it cleaner and more visible - an approach that can be applied across other large projects
Involved in auto booking pre SAGE - many issues with interface - found it interesting and stayed positive
despite setbacks. Had good interaction with estimating and sales
Doesn’t take critisim personally - sees it as a good thing - help us grow and get better. Gave example of
team meetings where she makes suggestions - a colleague challenges and she is prepared to adapt her
suggestion based on feedback
Has worked the escalation process - very familiar with it. Proposed change to the number of emails - find
an simpler way to handle it. There are sometimes valid reasons for delay so the process is a bit pushy
today

!st line support for issues, competent, responsible, very good team player
Merge issue logs to help us - get controlled input
this role needs attention to detail, knowledge of what happens in the system, not just theory.

Many instances where this happens today - eg legal review before booking can happen. Need to work
with functions to overview their taks - give support - usually they eventually comply - escalate if required.
has good training skills - experiences - trained siebel for SAGE - trained SAP for CSS team also - enjoys
training

Realises you need to adjust and adapt to different cultures

Eg. Working with ME can be challenging - they need everything now - all is urgent - so has to learn to
feedback and prioritize

Asked some questions on the escalation process and on the compliance audit requirement that are part of
the JD

dence to allow her to drives processes more forcefully and consistently.

ng experience in her current cluster lead role and for the PCO support work she has previously performed.
hich was a difficult challenge. She has some gaps in knowledge and skills but nothing huge - could be a good

Response/Notes
Likes the new org structure and sees a need for it - wants to learn more about processes
Its quite difficult in the FO with all the changes and think this is a good oppty to change
When the content of the role is interesting it motivates her to get good results
Not getting an answer to a question or support when requested

ST hadnt specifically been thinking about this but this role came along and its really interesting to her
LT wants to develop her career - step by step progress

Has close, frequent and fluent communication with her team and with business mCandidate 6gers also -
formal and informal based on the requirement. Likes to get their feedback to determine if they are doing
the right thing or need to improve.
Eg. DfG2 - kept up good comms with the team and leaders - worked closely with BO - passed all
messages to the business in a positive way - also supported peers in other countries To share
experiences
English isnt her first language so thinks she has some issues and can work on that. Lacks a little
confidence but knows that she will grow with experience

good siebel knowledge, knows processes well between FO/BO, very familiar with services processes,
mCandidate 6gement experience
global mindset - knows she needs to work on this
Occurs quite often - Eg. Italy - the local RA team know the process quite well but it is now the role of the
role of the BO to handle this. Training was provided but there are still some difficulties and the business
wants the RA to handle this. Is pushing back and providing more support/training for BO
Being a Cluster Lead has been very challenging, every day solving issues and she has got good feedback
on her performance from the business - is very proud of her achievement - and is also very proud of the
EMEA rollout
Doesn’t have a problem with criticism - Is a positive person by nature and looks to the positive points in
the feedback

Is familiar with the escalation process but doesn’t officially work it - however gets involved and owns the
follow up - is very keen to ensure that everyone understands the importance of the SS6 escalations.
Eg. Sales don’t often follow the process and even though she has provided them process overviews feels
that they would benefit from pushing from within their own organisation
Doesn’t have any direct involvement in collecting the metrics today and not familiar with the scorecard and
would need
Confident tothey
that become familiar
see her with this. She
as supportive and is Candidate
proactive 6lytical
- and skills and
she gives fromasks
her PCO role and
for regular knows
feedback
she could apply this to help her
Eg Portugal sales admin hands over booking requests to BO - when on hols no-one to do the work and
AM didnt know process. Explained process and demo'd SOPs - AM was very happy and appreciated the
help

This has been quite common in her cluster and she sees its very important to explain procedures -
establish training sessions and resolve issues
hasn’t been requried to do formal training but has given many informal process reviews - ef DfG2, SAP
deployment support to Italy. Is confident in doing training

Rexognises differences between countries and realises there are different cultures to hers - doesn’t see
this as an issue - need to apply common sense. Likes people to be clear and polite - can feel
uncomfortable when not polite but can handle this

Asked some questions related to the JD - and next steps - also asked on the benefits
