Question for BoConcept: In sales and operations, is digitalization one of your key visions in

the future? Internally it may increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. While in
customer phasing it may further improve customer experience by providing convenience
like online customer service. Are there any plans for BoConcept to go more digital?

Question for Kelsen: The cookies have been a success and are popular worldwide, so in the
product life cycle I think the upper side of growth stage or even the maturity stage is
reached. How can you extend the product life cycle and keep up the high sales? Also to
maintain the profit, since you have mentioned that you are not trying to invent new
products, product diversification is not practiced. How are you going to implement market
diversification and cost leadership?
