We have often remarked
on the fact that sometimes
you find conflicting state-
ments from people like
Charles Haddon Spurgeon,
R.A. Torrey, and others, in
regards to the infallibility of
the King James Bible . We
have called the attention of
the scholars to the fact
(which they can’t face or dis-
cuss) that if two statements
conflict, there must be two
different men making differ-
ent statements, or the one
man is lying in one case.
The scholars are unable
to discuss these matters;
they simply take the position
that when a preacher takes
the Alexandrian Cult position
on a reading or a verse, and
then claims that the King
James Bible was written by
God and is the infallible word
of God, nothing is suspicious
or insane. These scholars
with two natures ALWAYS
bet on the old nature . If they
find a conflicting statement
by somebody like R.A.
Torrey on the King James
Bible, they will pick the state-
ment that negates the au-
thority of the Bible. They
slobber to get ahold of it.
It is like when they have a
choice between David forgiv-
ing Nabal his enemy and not
killing him because of the in-
tervention of his wife and
committing adultery with
Bathsheba. They would
choose the sinning David to
be the “real” David every
time, because they are look-
ing for an alibi to sin. But
which one was the “real”
David in regards to God?

How to Spot a
Genuine Heretic

The “beloved brethren,”
since 1960, have had a
lot to say about the heresy
of “Ruckmanism” and the
cult of “Ruckmanites” (i.e.,
Bible believers ). Strangely
enough, not one of them has
yet produced one volume of
apologetics (or polemics)
that proves:
1. Sinners are saved the
same way in the Tribulation
as they are in the Church
Age.
2. Sinners are saved the
same way in the Millennium
as they are in the Church
Age.
3. Sinners, under the Mo-
saic Law, were all “saved by
grace through faith in the fin-
ished work of Christ.”
4. Jesus Christ dos not
come back from Mt. Sinai at
the Second Advent.
5. Balaam didn’t disobey
God before he went with the
Moabite dignitaries (Num.
22).
6. Demons do not have
an affinity for warm, wet
places.
7. Demons do not have
wings.
8. All Christian women in
this age will remain young
females in Heaven after the
Rapture.
9. The 400-plus “discrep-
ancies” in the King James
Bible—any edition between
1611 and 1980—are genu-
ine errors. (All of these were
listed, discussed, and ana-
lyzed back in 1980 in a 500-
page work which was “up-
dated” in 1999.)
These are only nine of
“Ruckman’s heresies.” I
have printed more than fifty
in addition to these in com-
mentaries on every verse in
the New Testament except

“Fundamental”

The term “Fundamental-
ist,” like many Christian
terms, has been converted
by the news media to mean
a radical, right-wing fanatic.
The news media has (for de-
cades) invented terminolo-
gies to suit its religious dog-
mas and creeds: i.e., pro-
Catholic, anti-Jewish, pro-
sex perversion, anti-morality,
pro IRS and PLO (“PA”),
anti-Bible, pro-evolution, etc.
Samples are too numerous
to list: sex perverts are re-
vised to “gays”; bums and
tramps are revised to “tran-
sients”; adulterers and forni-
cators are altered to adult
consenters and pre-maritial
sex practitioners; whores
and harlots were converted
to “call girls” and “prosti-
tutes;” etc.
The latest is “Fundamen-
talist” which originated in the
late 19th century with publi-
cation of the Christian’s
“Fundamentals of the Faith;”
these were stated in the
“Apostle’s Creed” more than

Ruckmanites” are as silent
about these matters as a tur-

How to Spot a Genuine Heretic

For more than thirty years
we have printed the REA-
SONS why the King James
text of the Authorized Holy
Bible is superior to the un-
read, unseen, unavailable,
“plenary, verbally inspired,
infallible originals.” You can’t
find one publication by one
anti-Ruckmanite on the web,
Internet, or computer that
answers those reasons.
They will not even list them,
let alone discuss or analyze
them. Their powers to detect,
analyze, reason, and inform
were completely lost when
they began to criticize THE
BOOK that was written to
criticize them (see “the origi-
nal Greek” in Heb. 4:12–13).
The Bible contains within
itself what we call The Laws
of Hermeneutics, which is a
long way of saying “the
proper rules for interpreting
the Scriptures.” Since the
AUTHOR of all sixty-six
books is the Holy Spirit, He
has warned every reader
(three times) that He Him-
self is the Interpreter and He
alone can guide the reader
into “all TRUTH” (John
16:13; Gen. 40:8, 41:16;
Dan. 2:28,30; Luke 24:27,
45).
No religious organization
has ever been, or ever will
be, the “infallible interpreter
of the Holy Scriptures” (Rom.
1:2). The Body of Christ,
composed of saved sinners
(1 Cor. 12:13), is only “the
PILLAR and GROUND of
the truth” (1 Tim. 3:15). The
great whore of Revelation 17
(who claims infallibility) turns
out to be so “infallible” she
couldn’t even tell you how
many Bible books were “ca-
nonical” and how many were
not. She no more “gave
Christians their Bible” than
she gave them salvation by
grace through faith and as-
surance of eternal security.
Now the Roman Catholic
position (which has always
been just as false as sin,
Hell, and the grave) is that
all of the “schisms” in the
Body of Christ (Protestants)
is due to the rejection of old
Mother Whore as a private
interpreter of Scripture. Her
“proof” is this: “How could
the Holy Spirit lead several
hundred thousand people to
VARY when teaching the
Bible verses?”
As everyone knows, who
knows anything, the way the
Catholic Church avoids this
problem is simple: they
never teach the Bible to any-
one.
In sixteen centuries of
church history (A.D. 400 to
A.D. 2000) Rome has never
produced one decent Bible
teacher or Bible scholar. Ev-
ery Christian in her who be-
came a Bible teacher or
scholar LEFT THE CHURCH
(Martin Luther, John Huss,
Menno Simon, et al.). As An-
thony Zachello once said,
“The greatest Book ever writ-
ten against the Roman
Catholic Church was not
written by a converted priest:
it was written by GOD.”
Now real “heretics” (see
Titus 3:10) and real heresy
(see 1 Cor. 11:19) are easy
to spot if you are a Bible
reader and Bible believer.
The false charge of “her-
esy” in the Scriptures was
first applied to a Bible be-
liever (Acts 24:14). So one
of the first ways anyone can
spot a genuine “heretic” is
so simple that Simple Simon
couldn’t give you a greater
“simplicity” (Rom. 16:19).
Every heretic who saw his
NAME in a King James Bible
at Titus 3:10 erased the word
as quickly as he saw it.
Proof? RV, RSV, NRSV,
Weymouth, Goodspeed, Liv-
ing Bible, CEV, TEV, NEB,
NWT, ASV, NASV, NIV, and
200 others.
Only a “heretic” would do
that; a Christian sound in the
faith would have no motive
or reason for doing it.
Now here are what we call
The Laws of Hermeneutics
by which anyone can spot
any heretic about the time
he opens his mouth or
quotes a verse of Scripture.
These rules are infallible and
can be followed to “the let-
ter” since they reinforce the
words of the Holy Spirit in
Proverbs 8:8–9, 13:13, 30:6;
Revelation 19:9, 22:18–19;
and Hosea 12:10.
1. A heretic can be spot-
ted immediately by his habit
of ADDING words to a verse
so it will teach his false doc-
trine. For example: any “el-
der” who adds the word
“baptism” to any verse in six-
teen verses in John 3 (John
3:1–16). There is no “bap-
tism” of any kind mentioned
anywhere in the passage.
Five major denominations
(following the Roman Catho-
lic private interpretation)
added “baptism” to John 3:5
to get you into Hell, and
away you went!
All five of them (plus the
Greek Orthodox Church and
all Campbellites) then added
“water” to Romans 6:3–4;
Galatians 3:27; and 1
Corinthians 12:13 to finish
your damnation. They did
this after having read Prov-
erbs 30:6.
“Add thou not unto his
words, lest he reprove
thee, and thou be found a
liar” (Prov. 30:6).
A heretic will insert the
word “unknown” into Acts
2:4,8 after reading (in any
language of any version, in
any translation from any
Greek manuscript) that there
is not one “UNKNOWN”
tongue spoken of anywhere
in the chapter.
Moral? No Christian has

cation to spot a “heretic.”
2. Never take the words
out of a verse that are IN
the verse. Every man who
did this was trying to cover
up some SIN he was com-
mitting. For example: look
out for any “viable heretic”
who removes “corrupt”
from 2 Corinthians 2:17. All
Bible corrupters desire that
word to disappear: so it is
not found in the RV, RSV,
NRSV, CEV, TEV, NEB,
ASV, NASV, and NIV.

immediately when he re-
moves “appearance” from
1 Thessalonians 5:22, and
“the” from 1 Timothy 6:10.

ternationally, since 1900.
The “Eternal Security of
the Believer” is NOT a “Fun-
damental of the Faith” at Bob
Jones University, Xavier,
Loyola, or any Methodist,
Church of Christ, or Charis-
matic College or Bible school
in America.
The Premillennial Second
Coming of Jesus Christ is
NOT a “fundamental,” Chris-
tian doctrine in Stetson,
Wheaton, Judson, Howard,
Baylor, Furman, Oxford,
Cambridge, Stuttgart, Lib-
erty, Heidelberg, the Vatican,
any ecumenical gathering of
Opus Dei, Promise Keepers,
Bob Jones University, or any
Mormon “Tabernacle” or
“church.”
The word “fundamental”
simply means “basic.” It is
an “essential” foundation of
anything, including the “fun-
damentals” of football, base-
ball, art, music, biology, fish-
ing, chemistry, mathematics,
swimming, astronomy, phys-
ics, or cooking. There is
nothing “fanatical” or “radi-
cal” about ANY “fundamen-
tals” of anything, unless it is
teaching someone how to
murder, steal, assassinate,
partake of drug addiction, al-
coholism, crooked politics,
robbing banks, etc. Even
warfare has its “fundamen-
tals.” Although (tactically
speaking) these may change
over centuries, still certain
“fundamentals” are just as
much fundamentals in the
“New Age” or the “Space
Age”—more properly the
“Nuclear Explosion Age”—as
they were in the Crusades,
the War of the Roses, the
100-Years War, the Napole-
onic campaigns, or the Civil
War.
For example: (1) An effec-
tual soldier must receive
training and discipline. (2)
He must have a weapon, and
ammunition if it is a “long dis-
tance weapon” (bombs, ar-
rows, rocks, bullets, darts,
etc.). (3) He must be sup-
ported with food and rest, at
times, to fight efficiently. (4)
He must be able to take or-
ders and obey them. (5) He
must never underestimate
his enemy. (6) He must be
ready to endure hardships,
privations, and discomfort.
Those “Fundamentals of
the Faith” are as normal and
as reasonable and logical,
for any “soldier” from 3000
B.C. to A.D. 3000 as any re-
ligious fundamentals. There
isn’t ONE thing “radical” or
“off center” or “right wing” or
“unusual” about them. The
news media simply per-
verted the term by misusing
it.
All news media outlets op-
erate by their own “funda-
mentals,” which they invent
and propagate with the radi-
cal, fanatical enthusiasm of
a whirling dervish (Moslem
dancers).
We speak here of a Chris-
tian “fundamental” which is
as fundamental as the Vir-
gin Birth or the New Birth. It

You can “flush” the covey
every time—without one ex-
ception—by their removal of
the word “science” from 1
Timothy 6:20, “hold” in Ro-
mans 1:18, “without a
cause” in Matthew 5:22, and
“ignorant” from Acts 4:13.
In those passages the
heretic is hard pressed to
cover up his apostate degen-
eracy; for he does practise
“doubtful things,” he does
love money, he does wor-
ship “science,” he does al-
ter the truth when he has it
in his hands, and he resents
being classified with the
apostles (Acts 4:13; 2 Cor.
10:10, 11:6) if any of them
were real “rude” or really
“ignorant,” for that would
reflect on HIM, since he is
pretending to be of the same
“caliber” (Rev. 2:2).
If he omits “in heaven”
from Matthew 22:30, when
discussing MALE angels
(Gen. 6:1–3), he is out for
your billfold and has no re-
spect for the Book at all.
If he omits “save your-
selves” (Acts 2:40) from
Peter’s message he is trying
to prove that WORKS have
no connection with Old Tes-
tament salvation. If he omits
1 John 5:7 or Acts 8:37 or
omits the word “blood” in
Colossians 1:14 or Acts
17:26, he is a two-faced,
double-tongued, lying hypo-
crite who is out to make the
Book conform to his own pri-
vate opinions.
Note how all “Campbell-
ites” quote Mark 16:16 par-
tially, omitting the last eight
words. All Catholics quote
Matthew 16:18 without quot-
ing verse 23. All Catholics
quote John 6:54–56 without
quoting verses 57 and 63.
“A text without a context is a
pretext.” There are no
“Christians” in Acts 2 (see
Acts 11:26), and “the gos-
pel of the grace of God” (1
Cor. 15:1–4; Gal. 1:8–12;
Acts 20:24) is to be found
nowhere in the chapter.
All genuine heretics count
on Acts 2:38 as part of their
salvation. It omits any refer-
ence to Christ’s death on the
cross for the sins of sinners.
That is the second great
truth of “the gospel” (1 Cor.
15:1–4). All heretics SUB-

Jones Sr. used to speak in
his radio talks—NOT in his
sermons from the platform—
he would occasionally mis-
quote a verse, like “To them
he gave AUTHORITY to be-
come the sons of God,”
where it should have been
“POWER,” or “the spiritual
wickedness in the heaven-
lies,” when it should have
been “high places,” etc.
These “revised versions” are
coming from consulting his
faculty about certain pas-
sages and being influenced
by them because of their
academic backgrounds.
Lee Roberson, of course,
was intimidated by his fac-
ulty the entire time he was
president of TTU, he never
did get his feet on the ground
till after he resigned. Jack
Hyles was intimidated by his
faculty for years, but finally
surfaced. Right now, Horton
is completely intimidated by
scholarship and won’t dare
make a move. He will just
have to profess that the Bible
is the “preserved word of
God,” and leave out “the
words” and leave out
“scripture” when he makes
the statement—which he has
DONE—and which we have
printed.
But here we have a case
where the old man is cer-
tainly in his right mind, and
he is quoted. This is from
1963, when Bob Jones Sr.
was eighty years old. I quote
him verbatim: “I am the same
Bob Jones I was when I was
a country boy back in South-
east Alabama, AND I BE-
LIEVE IN THE SAME BIBLE.
I don’t apologize for it, and
we built Bob Jones Univer-
sity on THAT platform. No
man can teach in Bob Jones
University if he even ques-
tions the authority of THIS
Bible. We don’t have infidels
to teach in the Christian
school . . . .” The name of
that message was This
Country Began With God .
There it is. He claimed
Bob Jones University was
founded on the authority of
the King James 1611 Autho-
rized Version . He said “the
same Bible” that he talked
about up there in 1963 was
the Bible he was raised on
as a boy in Southeast Ala-
bama. That’s Bob Jones
Sr.’s new nature.
Now, if you find him bor-
rowing from his faculty,
what’s that—the new nature
or the old nature? That’s the
question none of the schol-
ars can discuss, and they
are not about to discuss it.
When they write, they all pre-
tend that the destructive crit-
ics of the Bible on the fac-
ulty have only one nature,
and if you side with that na-
ture, that’s the “new nature.”
If you side against it, you are
a “trouble-making, church-
splitting heretic, sowing dis-
cord among the brethren.”
That’s how all those rot-
ten, cheap, pious, lying
hypocrites think, and noth-
ing is going to change them
until the Judgment Seat of
Christ.

offensive weapon. Did you
get that? You are to OF-
FEND with it—in spiritual
warfare (2 Cor. 10:4). Two-
edged swords are not used
very often to “bless you”—
not in real life. Jeremiah
says, “cursed be he that
keepeth back his sword
from blood” (Jer. 48:10).
The Psalmist said Jere-
miah wasn’t kidding. If you
are a “saint” (Psa. 149:6–7),
your two-edged sword is not
given to you to “share God’s
love” or “reach out and com-
municate” with others; nor
was it given to you to “make
people feel good about
themselves (and YOU!)” by
helping them find a “PUR-
POSE” to drive them in life
so they can “succeed” in the
Christian life. In Psalm 149
you are told:
“Let the high praises of
God be in their mouth, and
a twoedged sword in their
hand;
“To execute vengeance
upon the heathen, and
punishments upon the
people” (Psa. 149:6–7).
Now, one blade is to am-
putate gangrenous “mem-
bers” so that you can have
life (John 6:63; 1 Pet. 1:23)
and have it “more abun-
dantly” (John 10:10, Acts
20:32; 1 Pet. 1:25). This
sword cuts TWO ways: it can
strike a blow to your heart
(Heb. 4:12–13) since it is
able to discern your
THOUGHTS (Prov. 23:7)
and INTENTS (Ezek. 11:5).
It is your “critic.” The Book
is “HIGHER CRITICISM.” It
criticizes its reader or its
hearer (see 2 Chron. 34:27;
Isa. 66:3; Ezra 9:4; Acts
2:37) when it is received cor-
rectly (1 Thess. 2:13). If the

The Pre-Tribulation Rapture

About 25 years ago, the
Body of Christ began to be
exposed to a series of
“monographs” by various au-
thors, whose polemics were
aimed at C. I. Scofield and
his notes in the “old” Scofield
Reference Bible. All of those
“anti-Scofield” articles were
written to produce the same
effect on the reader.
1. He was to abandon
Scofield’s notes on the Rap-
ture and the Second Advent.
2. He was to believe that
a Jesuit priest and a Scot-
tish girl (in a “cult”) were the
heretics who originated the
Scofield theory, which
Scofield inherited from the
Plymouth Brethren. Rem-
nants of these articles are
still drifting around the coun-
try today and appear from
time to time in various “news-
letters” and magazine ar-
ticles.
To add pious weight to
these polemics, it was con-
stantly mentioned that C. I.
Scofield had been divorced.
Exactly what that had to do
with a Pre-Tribulation rapture
or a Post-Tribulation rapture
has never been established.

Getting Rid of
“Eternal” Decrees

One of Calvin’s “hang-
ups” was the ridiculous piece
of philosophical speculation
which stated: “All the de-
crees of God are eternal.”
Being unable to understand
eternity (Isa. 57:15) or “eter-
nal” (where it dealt with what
God “decreed”), all Calvin-
ists applied this dictum to
Psalm 2 and got the ridicu-
lous, dogmatic statement
that on some “day” (see the
text) before Genesis 1, God
begat another “God” (see
John 1:18 in the NASV or
the NIV—same J.W. slop).
This “proof text” (Psa. 2:7)
was twisted to suit the phi-
losophers’ fancy: the word
“day” was translated as
“eternity” (or “eternal”) and
the verse was taken slap out
of its context, which dealt
with the first coming (see the
application in Acts 4:25–26)
and the second coming of
Christ (Psa. 2:6–8). There
was no reference to anything
before Genesis 1 found any-
where in the Psalm.
Calvin, the first real Prot-
estant pope, was always fas-
cinated by “decrees,” be-
cause he fancied that he was
a Christian dictator ruling a
“Christian city” (Geneva,
Switzerland). He never
checked out the word one
time in any Bible at which
he ever looked. The refer-
ences are in Daniel 2–4, 6;
Esther 2–5, 8–9; Proverbs
8:29; Jeremiah 5:22; Micah
7:11, Zephaniah 2:2, Isaiah
10:1, 22; Ezra 2–7; Luke

“decreed” thousands of
years before Genesis 1:1 (in
“eternity”). This can be rein-

Numbers 23:19.
Is this true?
Of course not.
It is only true if you are a
lazy, stupid intellectual in
need of a course on reme-
dial reading.
None of God’s “decrees”
are fixed or eternal or per-
manent if CONDITIONS ac-
company them. If conditions
accompany them—like say,
Matthew 23:37; Luke 19:42–
44; John 5:39–47—they are
flexible. The promise of the
Promised Land to Israel was
“eternally decreed” in Gen-
esis 13:16–17, 15:18, 17:8.
They got kicked out of it
(Lamentations).
Jerusalem was not “fore-
ordained before the founda-
tion of the world” to be razed
and burned, although God
decreed it in Jeremiah 16:1–
13, 21:10. It could have re-
mained intact if Zedekiah
had made the right choice
(Jer. 38:17). You see, often
what God “decrees” can be
altered by a man’s WILL.
(Tell that to a Calvinist and
watch him blow his lid!)
On second thought, don’t
tell him that. Take him to the
Holy Bible (AV, 1611) where
the poor, Biblical illiterate
can stumble over the Scrip-
ture (1 Pet. 2:8) and break
his fool neck (Matt. 21:44).

show us how “ALL of God’s
decrees are eternal.” Pre-
tend that when God proph-
esies something it is not “de-
creed”—say, for example,
Psalm 2!
2. Second Kings 8:10.
“You WILL get well.” He
didn’t. He was murdered be-
fore he could get well (vs.
15). It was Elijah’s replace-
ment (Elisha), a God-called,
truth-speaking prophet, who
gave Benhadad the “divine
decree.” It misfired. Note:
“Thou mayest CERTAINLY
recover.” He didn’t. It was
conditioned on what Hazael
did. Man’s “free will” altered
the decree.
3. First Kings 20:42. God
ordained (“appointed”) an-
other Benhadad to “utter
destruction.” He couldn’t
carry it out; Ahab “messed
Him up” (vss. 33–34). If you
are “appointed” to reproba-
tion by God (look at the text,
stupid; no one is twisting
anything), just overthrow the
ordained appointment— get
saved.
4. Deuteronomy 25:19.
God decreed the total geno-
cide of the Amalekites, with
Israel as the “decreed” ex-
ecutioner. The decree failed;

it never came to pass. Saul
did a botched-up job on the
“decree” (1 Sam. 15). David
doesn’t even get the last one
(2 Sam. 1:8–16). “Amalek”
will not be destroyed until

cree was conditional, al-
though no conditions were
mentioned in the passage in

the other tribes (vs. 28). The
