National Highways Authority of India intends to empanel
management consultant for undertaking financial analysis/ modeling of various newly constructed bypasses to arrive at the rate of fee to be charged from different category of vehicles. 'Expression of interest' is invited from reputed consultancy organizations for above empanelment having experience of similar nature of work in transport sector. 2. The interested organization are required to give the following information in their 'Expression of Interest': (i) Structure of the organization: (a) Type of work done. (b) Year of incorporation. (c) Annual turnover/ revenue for the last 5 years. (ii) Experience in conducting such study on National Highways. (iii) Present work load, number and type of similar assignment. (iv) A concept paper detailing out methodology, deliverables, time frame and resources to be dedicated for the above study covering all the features enumerated in Para 1. 3. A detailed proposal comprising of Technical and Financial offers on Terms of Reference (TOR) , to be provided, will be asked from the short listed organizations. Only such organization which are in existence as on 1.1.2003 since last five years , having average annual turnover of Rs. one crore during last three financial years and having undertaken at least one such study during last one year only, will be short listed. 4.
