2. Identifikasi 5 (lima) kesalahan pada surat di atas.


 Spelling and grammar errors: The use of "u" instead of "you" in the sentence "Thank u
for your letter" is a spelling error. The sentence "I look forward to receive your order"
should be "I look forward to receiving your order" to correct the grammar.
 Lack of punctuation: The sentence " Thank you for your letter dated July 4th inquiring
about our latest catalog, price list, and payment terms?" should end with a question mark
to indicate that it is a question.
 Informal language: The use of "Thank u" instead of "Thank you" is informal and not
appropriate for a formal business letter.
 Missing information: The letter does not include a proper greeting or salutation, which
is an important part of a formal business letter.
 Lack of clarity: The sentence "Kami berharap Anda akan menemukan harga dan syarat
yang kami mampu" is not clear and could be improved by specifying what the company
hopes the recipient will find satisfactory.
