INDUCTION PROGRAM FOR BEGINNING TEACHERS (IPBT):

A 2-DAY PRE-SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS (BATCH 1, SY 2023-2024)

Newly-Hired Elementary and Secondary Teachers
This Division

1. The Department of Education, through its implementing arm, the Division of

Misamis Oriental is committed to the development of new and beginning teachers.
Hence, the Division shall conduct an Induction Program for Beginning Teachers
(Enhanced-TIP): A 2-Day Pre-Service Training for Teachers on October 12-13,
2023 from 7:30am to 5:00pm at the Event and Training Center (ETC), 2nd Floor,
Pelaez Sports Complex Building, Cagayan de Oro City.

2. Participants are advised to wear appropriate business attire for the duration of
the activity, preferably slacks and polo for men, and slacks/skirt or dress with blazer
for ladies.

3. Identified participants are listed in Enclosure No. 1, while the Training Matrix
is enclosed as Enclosure No. 2 of this Memorandum.
