CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

I, (Student's Name)____________________________ , a student of Arellano University School of Law

and Class Beadle of _______________ for Second Semester Academic Year 2022-2023 hereby binds
myself and agrees that all information on the official class list that the School shall make available to me,
or that I may have access to, in connection with our class’ concern to facilitate communication amongst
our class and professor shall be used for the sole purpose of class beadle responsibility. All of the
information that were given to me are confidential in nature and shall not be disclosed to any person
without the person’s consent.

I agree that such information shall be held in trust and in fiduciary capacity, and I hereby undertake to
prevent transfer and disclosure, of such information and assigns consciously and unconsciously, to any
party without written consent of the School, the concerned student and the professor.

This Agreement shall be effective upon the signing hereof and shall continue to be in force and effect
even after the termination of my duties as class beadle of the class.
