First paragraph: With your ongoing academic activities mention the role for which you are applying
for.

Second paragraph: Gist of one's activities while highlighting distinct features along salient points of
various roles (job experiences, internships, projects etc) and if possible pick those points which are in
line with the specific requirements of the job/ internship you are applying for.

Third paragraph: Show social side of yours and include points which could talk about activities other
than professional work e.g. social work, hobbies etc and how these helped you increase
understanding of your interests, strengths, career transitions (if any) etc

Fourth paragraph: Try to relate the activities of the company where you are applying with your
experiences in 3-4 lines and then show your suitability for the role. End the letter with a standard
line about ‘wanting to explore’ suitability for the role and ask for time and way to interact.

I am a final semester student of B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) at Symbiosis Law School, Pune (SIU). I am writing

letter of commendation by the Managing Partner himself. These internships have also taught me
