Carpe Diem is a stunning property celebrating the outdoor, perched on the hills in the area of Melissaki,
conveniently located within a 10 min drive from Xila, one of the island's best beaches, 10 min drive from
the island's main port and a 15 min drive from the island's marina. The stone-built villa instantly
conveys a feeling of openness and relaxation, with its huge verandas and breathtaking views of the
Aegean blue, right above the infinity swimming pool. The ample outdoor living space, with its large
dining area and BBQ, two pergolas and comfortable loungers create the perfect summer setting.
The villa's interior is stylishly decorated with eclectic furniture, conveying a sense of cosiness. The ground
floor features a spacious living and dining room with large windows on two sides to enjoy the view, an
open plan modern, fully-equipped kitchen and guest bathroom, and has direct access to the outdoor living
area. The lower ground floor has 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two of which have access
to their own terrace and sitting area with a pergola that enjoy the sea view. Villa Carpe Diem is a
beautiful summer retreat, perfect for those seeking a magic setting of relaxed elegance, as well as being
conveniently close to the beach and town.
