    Delivery Instruction

    DELIVERY INSTRUCTION

    1. This delivery instruction is applicable for any delivery made to JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration
    (Malaysia) Limited (JX NIPPON) warehouse in Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (herein called JX
    NIPPON Warehouse) as stated in the Purchase Order.

    2. Supplier to notify JX NIPPON Warehouse at least 48 hours in advance for delivery of bulky
    materials /equipment that requires 6 Tonne forklift or Mobile Crane for receiving activities
    (unloading).

    3. The required advanced notification above shall be address to:


    a. Mohd. Amiruddin at mdamiruddin@noex.com.my or contact number 085-444071; and/or,
    b. Doren Lee Kui Cheng at doren@noex.com.my or contact number 085-444075; and,
    c. Copy to JX NIPPON’s Delivery Expeditor at jxe@noex.com.my

    4. JX NIPPON Warehouse Receiving hours as follows:


    a. Morning : 8:30 am to 11:30am
    b. Afternoon : 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm
    c. Opens Monday to Friday except during Public Holidays, Saturday and Sunday
