Purpose of this form Aviation Reference Number (ARN)

This form is to be used to issue RPL endorsements.
Who is this form for?
This form applies to a person who is eligible to be granted an RPL
endorsement.
Information needed to complete this form
Applicant must have completed the Aeronautical knowledge exam and
flight training required for the endorsement.
If the endorsement is:
• a recreational navigation endorsement – have completed,
in addition to the flight time mentioned in paragraph 61.475(2)(d),
at least 5 hours of solo cross-country flight time
• a flight radio endorsement – have a current Aviation English
Language Proficiency (AELP) assessment
To apply for a licence or make other changes refer to
Flight Crew Licensing.
An ARN is required to complete this form. If you do not have an ARN,
apply now.

uses these contact details when processing this application.
If your address, contact or other details have changed, you must update
them online using changing your details prior to lodging this form.
Failure to provide up to date contact details to CASA could result in
additional fees being charged under the Civil Aviation (Fees)
Regulations 1995 and may constitute a criminal offence.
