We appreciate you as our partner, and are eager to share some exciting news!

You know that at mosaic, we pride ourselves on listening to our customers. For us, it’s not about
the quick sale. We ask a lot of questions and really listen. We want to hear about the struggles
they have communicating to their members, the challenges of their workflows, and their wishes.
Our development team spends time internalizing their feedback, and responds with app features
that solve challenges, improve workflows and exceed clients’ wishes.

We are so proud of our latest update (18.6), because it really solves so many things for our
current (and future) clients! We’ve created new ways the association can monetize their app
(including banner ads on the home screen), engage their members through polling – even
multiple simultaneous polls – and a fantastic Micro Learning System to make the app even more
valuable.

The key for the association staff, however, is flexibility and autonomy. We all know that things
can change quickly in the association world, so we have made it easy for the staff to handle setup
and reporting directly from the Admin Portal.
