RATES/FEES FOR CLIENTS – Effective July 11, 2022

Volunteer Transportation Minimum Charge of $13.00 Maximum charge of $80.00
All rates are charged as round trip and include up to three stops

Personal Support S ervices $25.00 per hour (one-hour minimum charge applies)

$21.00 per hour (one-hour minimum charge applies)

Homemaking/Home Help
$5.00 per visit for errands (shopping, post letter etc.) for a maximum of three stops

$10.00 per hour for up to 30 hours per month

Caregiver Respite
*Additional hours are available at the rate of $20.00 per hour

$24.00 for 1st ½ hour (grass cutting, snow removal, brush removal)
*Home Maintenance:  $11.50 per each 15-minute segment over the first ½ hour
Lawn & Yard Maintenance $2.00 per bag for removal of grass clippings ($5.99 minimum, charge applies)
*This program is currently at capacity, we are unable to take on new clients at this time.

Meals on Wheels (Frozen) $7.00 per entrée + $2.00 each per soup or dessert.

Meals on Wheels (Hot) $10.00 per entrée (Corunna is $11.00)

Diners Club (Seniors Luncheon) $15.00 per meal, registration required, fee payable at the door

There is no charge from LEO for this service.

Forever Fit Exercise Classes *There is a yearly facility fee of $40.00 for those who participate at Thompson Gardens in
Corunna

Social & Wellness Club $5.00, registration required, fee payable at the door

Programs not listed do not have a fee for services at this time. Fees are subject to change. Other charges including
cancellation charges may apply. Fees listed are for private clients of Lambton Elderly Outreach.
Third party billing rates may apply.
