1. An electronic portfolio, or e-portfolio, is a collection of artifacts of learning that students can use
to keep track of their achievements and share them to potential employers upon graduation.
2. For students at the School of Information Technology Batch 2021 onwards, e-Portfolio will
become part of their final requirements prior to graduation.
3. Creation of the e-portfolio shall commence on IT130L: Web Systems and Technologies 1
Laboratory as one of the laboratory exercises in Module 2. Specifications shall be discussed in
class by their instructor.
5. The name of the website should be the same as one's Mapua username. (e.g. if the email is
cmgray@mymail.mapua.edu.ph, the website must be https://sites.google.com/view/cmgray.
They must then submit the link to their website in https://bit.ly/SOITePortfolio2022 For the
uploaded artifacts, the students need to allow access to soit-mkt@mapua.edu.ph and to their
respective professors/ instructors for the course.

6. The instructors assigned to the tagged courses above must ensure that the students have
uploaded the artifacts dedicated to their assigned course. They will be given access to the online
Microsoft Excel tracking sheet. If the students fail to comply, they could be given a grade of I in
their final module.
At the end of each term, Geldof Resuello will be checking compliance of the students and will
generate reports to be presented to the program chairs and the concerned faculty members.
Email reminders will also be sent to the students who failed to comply.
7. The program chairs are expected to keep track of the e-Portfolio progress of the students before
graduation. It will be included in course reviews at the end of each academic term. They will be
given access to the online Microsoft Excel tracking sheet.
8. Back-up copies of online monitoring sheet shall be done on a quarterly basis by Geldof Resuello
and respective program chairs.
