In the reference 1,the Government instructed “to migrate/upgrade the eOffice to the latest version 7. x". The IT, E&C Department, and NIC-Delhi initiated the migration on 19-12-2023 and would be completed by 31-01-2024. 2. __ In the reference 2, the NIC Delhi suggested a downtime of six days (6) for the migration. In the reference 3, the Competent Authority accorded permission to implement the downtime of the eOffice version 6.x with effect from 25-01- 2024 @ 5 PM to 31-01-2024 to facilitate this process. 3. Hence, the Secretariat instance of eOffice (https://eoffice.ap.gov.in) will not be available with effect from 25-01-2024 @ 5 PM onward to 31-01-2024. The Secretariat Departments, Heads of the Departments, Autonomous Organizations, and State Units are therefore requested to make necessary arrangements for the smooth functioning of office deliverables during the downtime. 4, The current version of the secretariat instance of eOffice 7. x would be available for use from 01-02-2024.
