Subject: Endorsement of aircrafts/vesselsunder the IFMC authorization issued by

WPC Wing, DoT-reg

In accordance with the Government’s policy of Ease of Doing Business, it was conveyed
through this Ministry’s Office Memorandum No. P-11014/02/2020-PP dated 25.05.2022, that the
entire process for obtaining Wireless Operating licenses for various categoriesof satellite
applications, including IFMC Services, has been launched on a single-scrutiny basisthrough the
Saralsanchar Portal (https://saralsanchar. gov.in)

In continuation to this, all eligible IFMC Service Providers as per Para-5(1) of GSR
1211 (E) dated 14 December 2018 are hereby informed to make use of this online facility through
Saralsanchar Portal for endorsement of the aircrafts and/or vessels in their Wireless Operating
License for providing IFMC Services.
