They are experts at constructing these large octagonal floating platforms which come in many different configurations. These platforms can be connected together to form huge floating bases. These bases can have landing pads, fishing modules, laboratories, living quarters, submarine bases but also underwater modules, which can descend down to survey for oil and gas at the bottom of the ocean, These floating bases go looking for oil and gas pockets and will then get a percentage from the oil income when the oil rigs start pumping.
