1. Remove collector from top of 1 2
rain gauge. 2. Remove the terminal caps. With small flathead screwdriver loosen the 2 screws on the terminal block & remove wires. 3. Locate 2 Philip screws at the bottom of rain gauge can & 2 remove screws. 4. Remove tipping assembly from rain gauge can. 5. Remove new tipping assembly from package. 6. Remove rubber terminal cap. 7. Place new tipping assembly in 3 4 can and align the screws, replace two Philip head screws & tighten.(Pic 3) 8. Replace wire & terminal block. (Pic 2) 9. Tighten screws in terminal block. (Pic 2) 10.Replace rubber cover. (Pic 6) 11.Ensure that bubble is leveled; if not, make adjustments. 5 6 12.Replace collector.
