SAFETY Its most importon thal these instructions core reed, hilly undersiood and adhered to ct all mes 1o avoid accidents occurring 10 persons and/or damage to equipment General Safety Precautions The following general safety precoutions should be ebserved. 1, Moke sure that you ond the cecupents of the Motor Caravan are fully conversant wit the fire precautions in your van and the fire drill celevant to that ven. 2.(a} Make sure that all heating and cooking appliances ero turned OFF propery after use, 2,(b) Tuen OFF the contol valve manifold laps before moving, 2.{c} Finally CLOSE the gas cylinder valve before moving the vehicle, 3. Make sure thot the vehicle is loaded ‘vonly with the weight spread over the four wheels 4, Check thatthe vehicle tyres are in good ‘erdar and inflated to the correct pressures. 5, Replacing Gos Cylinders 5i{0) The Cylinders secured rigidly in an ‘upright postion wih he valve uppermost to ‘operote only in the gaseous phase. 5i(b) Access to any connection changeover valves end pressure reduction systems is no} obstructed. 5c] The replacement of cylinder can be ‘made without disturbing the instollation of ancillary equipment. 5 [dh It is possible for ony cylinder securing device to ba removed ond replaced easily without the use of tools, 8.
