Reporting time is the same as that of regular days. 3. Attendance is mandatory. No re-exam will be conducted for absentees 4, After the examination, the moming session students of Grades 6 - 12 will be dispersed at the usual time of 12:50 p.m and the afternoon session students (Grades 2-12) will be dispersed by 5:00 p.m. 5. Question papers will include 2 parts: Part ~ A (MCQs) and Part ~ B (questions that require descriptive answers). Part A of the exam will be conducted through Teams Forms and students will attend it through device. Hence, please do send devices with the students. The Descriptive answers will be hand - written. Students will have to bring ruled papers for writing the Part -B (descriptive part) of the exam. Detailed instructions regarding the descriptive part will be specifically given in the respective question papers. 6, Students should bring necessary stationery items like pen, pencil, ruler, eraser etc. Lending/borrowing of stationery articles will not be permitted in the exam hall. Bringing of devices with full charge is mandatory for attending Part-A (MCQ) of the exam. 7. As usual, the hall ticket system will be in place from grade 1 to 8. Clearance of all dues, including November fee, is required to procure the hall tickets. 8, Maximum marks: - The max. marks allotted for Second Term/Half Yearly exams are as follows: Grades 6 to 8 — All the subjects except ME— Maximum 40 marks — Time — 1 hour 30 minutes Grades 6 to 8 ~ Moral education (ME) — Maximum 20 marks — Time ~ 45 minutes. 9. Hard copy of the Question papers will not be issued. The descriptive part of the question paper will be also displayed through projector to help the students 10.Please ensure that the exams are attended with utmost seriousness as the marks scored in these are used for the promotion criteria of the students to the next class by the end of the academic year. 11.Open house will be conducted ONLINE on 11"* December 2021 from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. It is mandatory for all parents and students to attend the open house.
