1he ealuation criteria or the 1echnical ealuation o the bids are as ollows:
1. Past experience ,both in items o number o contracts and the contract alues,
in handling the contracts coering the work similar to the scope o work
mentioned in these speciication
2. Adequacy of the proposal: Coerage o the unctionalities and processes,
appropriateness, compliance, deiations, quality assurance and project
management, tasks and milestones, roles and responsibilities,, Change
Management, 1raining strategy and Action Plan
3. 1echnical presentation beore the Laluation Committee.
4. 1he composition o the proposed staff team, the tasks which would be
assigned to each member o the team
5. Lstimates o total time effort ,person x months, to be proided or the
serices, supported by charts showing the time proposed ,person x months,. 1he
total time eort should be broken down by the modules suggested to be
implemented. 1his should be limited to estimation o 1otal time eort only and no
inancial inormation should be included here
