in accordance with the scope of work and terms & conditions mentioned in RFE dated 1st September
2022 titled RFE for Design, Development, Delivery and Implementation of Large Scale Training
Interventions for Government Officials.

Note:

• All the bidders shall be invited to match the lowest price (L1) in all categories among all the
bidders. The bidders agreeing to match L1, shall be empanelled accordingly.
• The bidders agreeing to match the L1 price in any category shall be empanelled in that
category only.
• For any unique requirement, necessity, unforeseen expenditure etc., an additional variable cost
of up to 30% of the fixed quote (L1) may be approved by the concerned MDO/ work order issuing
authority, on consideration of the additional specific requirement of the training, if any.
