After writing down the causes of my stresses it calmed me a bit.

2. While writing your reaction from the source of your stresses, what have you realized?

While writing my reaction from the source of my stresses, I realized that expressing what I feel helps me
calm.

3. Do you think you have control over your reaction?

I think, no. I don’t have control over my reaction because it comes out in a short period of time I can’t
even notice it and it comes out naturally to people.

4. What did you do to feel better?

To feel better, I acknowledge what I feel and accept it as an emotion that is normal to feel.

5. Are your reactions good or harmful to you or to others.

Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad. It depends on my endurance of the reactions I feel. People
tend to burst out sometimes, and that what makes it harmful to others because we can not control what
we feel whenever we’re an outburst.

6. Why do you think adolescence like you are experiencing these kinds of stressor.

I think, adolescence like me experience this kind of stressor because in this age, we tend to question
everything and we always think that we are right, even though we are not. Adolescence is a challenging
stage because people that go through it tends to question things a lot, not just things but also, people,
decisions, and so may more.
