    With profound respect I beg to inform your


    Honour that smooth functioning of this Court is being hampered badly due to
    non-availability of efficient group”D” Staff. One Shri Sujit Pandit ,the only
    group”D” staff of this filing Court is not sufficient enough. More-over he has no
    sufficient knowledge of Ejlash work. Being in-charge of the Court of Additional
    Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Alipurduar I have availed the service of Shri Manoj
    Sarkar, Group”D” Staff of that Court and find that he has sufficient knowledge of
    Ejlash work which is very much required for a filing Court. Accordingly one
    proposal is hereby given to your Honour to pass an Order in respect of transfer of
    Shri Pandit from this Court to the Court of Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate
    II, Alipurduar and Shri Manoj Sarkar to this Court from the Court of Ld. Additional
    Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Alipurduar.

    and do the needful in this regard at the earliest.
