FESCO TENDER NOTICE

The following sealed and super-scribed tenders under FESCO local funds are invited under
Single Stage Two Envelope (Technical & Financial Proposal in separate envelope) bidding procedure are
invited from WAPDA/PEPCO/DISCOs approved manufacturers/suppliers/stockiest, duly
prequalified/registered in required categories or non registered/non prequalified/
manufacturers/suppliers/stockiest, for the supply of PPE/Line T&P items mentioned against each according
to WAPDA/PEPCO Drawings /Specifications (amended to date) having valid prototype approval (if
applicable) with the validity of bid for 120 days on free delivery at consignee’s store (FCS) Regional Store
FESCO, Faisalabad basis on the rates in local currency without involving foreign exchange element
inclusive of all taxes & duties and exclusive of General Sales Tax.

As per Procedure, the tender (envelope containing technical information/data) will be opened
publically on above mentioned date & time in the office of Director (Material Management) FESCO Ltd.
Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur Faisalabad. The cost of each tender form is Rs.2000/- (Non-refundable).
Tender Form can be obtained personally from the office of Director (Material Management) FESCO Ltd.,
Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur Faisalabad against cash payment of tender fee before the opening date
during office hours on the production of copy of prequalification/registration, (in case of
registered/prequalified firms), sales tax registration certificate and other required documents/proof. No
tender form will be issued on the opening date.

Samples and Bid Security/Guarantee @ 02% for prequalified/registered firms and 05% for non-
prequalified/un registered firms of the quoted price/value in shape of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order
& Bid Guarantee issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan or WAPDA Bearer Bonds valid for 150 days
after the opening date of tender in favor of Chief Executive Officer FESCO Ltd: Faisalabad must
accompany with the Bid by the bidders, otherwise Bid will be rejected. However, the letter of commitment
is acceptable in place of bid security/guarantee from Public Sector Enterprises (PSE), subject to the
condition that they will provide the proof of their firm as Government Entity/ Public Sector Company. The
conditional tender will not be accepted. All rights are reserved.
