at Sir Samuel’s on Queen Mary 2. Allow yourself to indulge in
the finest luxury Belgian chocolate creations in this ultimate
chocolate experience.

Our collaboration is the result of a shared respect for quality,


heritage and innovation. We have combined our knowledge
and skills to create a decadent array of tempting patisseries,
available all day.

Founded in 1933 by Francesco Illy, illy caffè produces a unique blend of high quality
coffee made from nine types of pure Arabica beans. A careful balance of ingredients from
South and Central America, India and Africa creates the unmistakable illy flavour: always

premium tea. The artistry begins with close relationships with their growers and extends until
each handcrafted pyramid infuser produces the perfectly delicious, aromatic and flavourful cup.
