Job Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 Monitor the daily maintenance operations for all vehicles & equipment’s located in the designated
region, and ensure its efficiency , safety and availability.
 Follow up all kinds of maintenance to the site vehicles & equipment’s including truck mixers, concrete
pumps , loaders , generators and the concrete plant
 Ensure following safety rules and procedures to maintain safe working environment and transfer safety
culture to all employees
 Ensure drivers and pump operators follow all safety rules outside the site to maintain safe environment
and Brand Company’s image.
 Ensure all needed spare parts , equipment’s and tools are available in the site storage including a well
organized plan for the fast moving parts
 Monitor truck driver's rate of trip while providing small margin of delay to ensure business continuity.

 Cost control according to maintenances budget





Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a ready-mix concrete quality control role
