AMSEP [Destination Chapter] for Indonesia

Terms and Conditions:
1. Delegates are AMSA-Indonesia members who have signed the Statement
Letter.
2. Delegates that have been chosen must maintain AMSA-Indonesia’s
acclaimed reputation.
3. Delegates that have been chosen by AMSA-Indonesia, are not allowed to
cancel their departures for any reason. (Please make sure you have the
necessary permission and budget)
If he/she has to cancel his/her departure (with an excuse that is unacceptable
by the Regional Chairperson and Director of AMSEP), then the Regional
Chairperson AMSA-Indonesia and Director of AMSEP AMSA-Indonesia
will discuss the penalties that will be given to the delegate.
The penalties are, but not limited to, the followings:
- Registration fees must still be paid by the person, or
- Delegate’s university is not allowed to participate in the next AMSEP
(1 hosting opportunity and delegations).

Statement Letter

Along with this letter, I declare that I have understood and agreed to all terms and conditions
given by AMSA-Indonesia. If I violate, or attempt to violate, the rules, I am willing to accept the
penalties given by AMSA-Indonesia.
