Chimichurri is a flavorful sauce that originated in Argentina.

It is often used as a marinade or

condiment for grilled meats, but it can also be used as a dressing for vegetables or a dip for bread. Here
is a simple recipe for chimichurri:

Ingredients:

• 1 cup fresh parsley leaves

• 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Instructions:

1. Combine the parsley, cilantro, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt in a food processor or
blender. Pulse until the herbs are finely chopped.
2. With the food processor or blender running, gradually add the olive oil and red wine vinegar
until the sauce is well combined and smooth.
3. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired. The sauce can be used immediately, or transferred to
an airtight container and refrigerated for up to a week.

Note: This recipe can be easily adjusted to your liking. For example, you can add more or less garlic or
red pepper flakes depending on how spicy you like your chimichurri. You can also experiment with
different herbs, such as adding some fresh mint leaves or using all parsley instead of a mix of herbs
