CLASSIFIED INFORMATION FILES

Classified information files typically refer to documents or data that have been designated as classified
or confidential by a government or organization. This designation indicates that the information requires
a certain level of security clearance to access and is meant to be restricted from public disclosure to
protect national security or sensitive interests. Access to classified information is typically restricted to
authorized personnel only, and mishandling or unauthorized disclosure of classified information can
have serious legal and security implications.

In the context of counseling, confidentiality and the protection of personal information are crucial.
Classified files in counseling can be dividend into three namely;

1. Educational classified information files which talks about educational accomplishments.


2. Vocational classified information files which talks about handworks.
3. Persona-social classified information files which talks about an individual.
