1. tell me things about yourself that you wish other people knew about.

I am diligent and I don't give up until I reach or achieve the goal. I would like to encourage myself
even though I don't get things at first.

2. what stands out about you that makes people choose you for this award?

I've had two years of experience working on similar projects, so I know what problems are going to
arise and can prevent them from happening-saving the team time and energy to work on higher
value tasks.

Additionally, I've shown the ability to take control of a project and make sure the team delivers tasks
on time. In fact, I have created and much friendly and comfortable working environment for my
colleagues via Wellness sessions Which ended up boosting the productivity of teams outside of my
own and it felt good to contribute to the company in a broader way

3. tell me how the award represents you as an individual?

I would like to think of this award for all of us in a group rather than taking it to represent myself
alone. I believe this award stands for the great teamwork Among us where are the teammates are
willing to share their ideas their point of views when it comes to solving problems. When one of us
have problems dealing with tickets, others will lend their hands to learn and grow together.

4. best advice for those who aim to win the same award in the next Town Hall.

My humble advice is to never give up and continue to put in effort even though sometimes the
efforts might not be recognized or recognized in later. Try not to focus on the price in the end rather
than focusing on the process of achieving the price. Try thinking out-of-the-box yet sometimes the
idea inside-the-box helps too. People always appreciate authenticity so I would recommend the
originality of your own ideas or thoughts putting into the work.
