Woolfolk
Review
“[I] have used Woolfolk for years, originally in a Faculty of Education — recommended
by a colleague a decade ago. I have retained it in an undergrad psych course, as it is
thorough and interesting to students….it sparks an interest in choosing teaching as a
career, and many retain the text due to the wonderful details and varied presentation….
I think it is the gold standard and I recommend this text.”
“I like the content of this text and the students seem to like the text. I have not yet found
a comparable option but I have reviewed many.”
“I have always used Woolfolk (I think I even used it when I taught Ed. Psych. in the US).
I think it’s a strong book.”
--Jill Singleton-Jackson, University of Windsor
