The ASCA Accreditation Framework Explained

ASCA | Ensuring excellence in strength and conditioning.

1
Professional L2 Accreditation Application.

The ASCA Board reviewed the ASCA Accreditation Framework and from 2022 changes will occur that will affect
coaches from Level 2-3 and the Professional Coach Accreditation Scheme (PCAS). The new structure integrates the
pre-2022 level accreditations and the PCAS accreditation into a single accreditation framework as per the below
details.

This framework recognises that formal, informal, and experiential coach development is vital to ensuring the ASCA
Coach Accreditation is of the highest quality and from Associate L2 within the Professional Coach Accreditation
Scheme, the standard that industry employers seek.
