    Subject: REQUEST FOR RENEWAL PASSPORT OF FROM LAHORE

    Dear Sir ,
    With profound regards, it is submitted that I belong to District Lodhran.

    However, I have been living in Lahore since March 2013 along with my family.

    Currently, I am living in House No. 426, Block-D, DHA EME Sector Lahore. Owing to

    some domestic issues, I cannot travel to District Lodhran to apply for a passport.

    It is, therefore, most graciously requested that permission may be granted to me to

    apply for a passport at Your Passport Office, Lahore.
