Employees Attitude and their Effect to the Organization

Attitude is one of the obscure, hard-to-measure factors that end up being crucial to the
success of a company. The attitude of employees in the workplace has a significant effect on
the business as a whole. By attitudes' it meant the beliefs and norms, feelings and actions that
tendencies of an individual or group of individuals toward objects, ideas, and people. In the
teaching profession, I observed that seasoned teachers and millennial teachers have
differences in terms of doing their tasks and dealing with other people. Leaders must be
aware on the culture and individual differences of employees so that the company not
sacrifice the great mission and vision statement. The role of an institutiona leader is
essentially having internal factors because it has a great factor on employee's response and
attitude. It describes that the leader will be the first to encourage and uplift the members
whatever the situation is.

Employee's attitude is the major factor that needs to include for organizational
commitment and job satisfaction. There are sources of attitudes like job satisfaction, it is the
pleasurable emotional state resulting from the appraisal facilitating the achievement of one's
job values. The adage that a good worker is a happy worker. It shows that motivational
approach, encouragement, and recognition in all things done respectively. The resiliciency of
a leader in dealing different people is the one which needed to prioritize and look in order to
impose good human relations, it can contribute to the performance of the subordinates and
can give also a high impact to the success of an organization. For subordinates, they should
be consider their high respect of the school itself and they need to strengthen their
interpersonal skills so that the entire organization will be in good employess relation. One
thing that could be better the outcome of the organization is the give and take rule. Because
not everyone are in the same cup, others need to adjust and accept what members character
they will have. Humility of a person is the best to establish strong relationship and affection
among others.

Job involvement refers to the participation of employees to the organization and it


imposes trustworthiness on people around. In a company having a good attitude certainly
excel and boosts their outstanding potentials. They often involve things such as teamwork,
customer service, upholding operational or safety standards, courtesy and respect, and
managing others. By showing this, motivation is to observe and talk about the forces within
the individual that account for the level, direction, and persistence of effort expended at work.
Employees who have greater job satisfaction are more likely make workplace charitable
donations than those who have lower job satisfaction. Thus, employee deserves to have a
reward. A reward is considered a work outcome of positive value to the individual. It has an
extrinsic rewards, it valued outcomes given to someone by another person such as giving
material things to appreciate worker for her job well done while intrinsic rewards it valued
outcomes that occur naturally as a person works on a task and it shows the appreciation of the
achievements of a worker by recognizing and honoring their greatest influence to the
organization.

Finally, to achieve maximum motivational potential in linking rewards to


performance in the organization are respect diversity and individual differences because it
show clearly understand what people want from work and satisfies the interest of both
individuals and in the organization. It could also help on the relationship of the organization.
