Vanuit druppels en sneeuwvlokken ontstaat de rivier in de bergen, Meerdere kleine beekjes monden uit in de rivier. Deze vervolgt haar pad en stroomt door oosterse en westerse landen. De mix van oosterse en westerse muziek wordt extra tot uitdrukking gebracht in de bezetting. Naast een harmonicorkest nemen namelijk ook oosterse instrumenten zoals, dde darbuka en kanun een belangrijke plaats in, E ‘The composition “Nahr Al Alwaan” (the river of colours) describes the course of a river. Raindrops and snow flakes give birth to the river in the mountains. Several small brooks flow into the river which follows its course ‘through Eastern and Western countries. The mix of Eastern and Western music is expressed by the choice of the instrumentation. Besides the usual symphonic band instrumentation, several oriental musical instruments such as, the darbuka and the kanun also play an important role. D, “Nahr Al Alwaan (frei dbersetzt: Fluss der Farben) beschreibt den Lauf eines Flusses. Er entsteht aus Regentropfen und Schneeflocken in den Bergen. Verschiedene Kleine Bache miinden in den Fluss aus. Dieser selzt seinen Lauf fort und flieBt durch orientalische und westliche Liinder. Die Mischung von orientalischer und westlicher Musik wird extra in der Orchesterbesetzung ausgedriickt. Neben dem Sinfonischen Blasorchester spielen gewisse orientalische Musikinstrumente wie Darbuka und Kanun eine wichtige Rolle. F ‘Nahr Al Alwaan, ce qui veut dire & peu prés “Ia rviére des couleurs”, décrit le parcours d’une riviére. Elle nait de gouttes de pluie et de flocons de neige qui tombent dans les montagnes. Plusieurs petits ruisseaux se jettent «dans la riviére qui suit son cours & travers plusieurs pays d’orient et d’oceident.
