AGREEMENT SETTLEMENT

That a vehicular accident transpired along corner Varquez St Olano St. Barangay 4, Balingasag Misamis
Oriental at about 9:30 AM of June 02, 2023 wherein Motor Single, bearing the plate number 728LZS itself URO Perman
125 Color Black, driven by Glory Epondo Visayas of legal age, single, No License presented, and a resident of Zone 4,
Brgy. San Isidro, Balingasag Misamis Oriental Hit and bump one unit of the Badja Vehicle color black, plate number
619KFS, driven by Junel Llausas Galdo of Legal age, married, with license number K0299080190. That due to sudden
impact of the accident the Badja Vehicle black color right side of the body including the trapal was damage wherein the
motorparts repairman/technician can only ascertain the cost.

For humanitarian sake Glory Epondo Visayas will shoulder majority of the expenses for the payment of
the damages including the labor.

As of today June 02, 2023 Glory Epondo Visayas will give cash advance payment to Junel LLausas Galdo
amounting 3,500.00 (three thousand five hundred pesos only).

Done this 02nd day of June 2023 at Poblacion 4, Balingasag Misamis Oriental.
