AMICABLE SETTLEMENT

That at about 5:30 PM of April 14, 2023 a Physical Fight happened at Madroño Street, Barangay 4,
Balingasag Misamis Oriental wherein ELAINE MAE D. RAMOSO of legal age, single and a resident of Barangay 4,
Balingasag Misamis Oriental was allegedly attacked and grabbed by the hair by VERNA O. PAMISA of legal age,
married and a resident of Barangay 4,Balingasag Misamis Oriental.

That due to the sudden physical injuries, ELAINE MAE D. RAMOSO 3 months pregnant, diagnosed to Tension
headache that sec to mauling. Because of this incident ELAINE MAE D. RAMOSO wants to make sure her security
that if VERNA O. PAMISA will attack her again she will definitely file a serious case against her. Both parties agreed
about ELAINE MAE D. RAMOSO decision.
