IMPORTANT REMINDERS TO REMEMBER

As we approach the 2ND Phase of our Christmas Caravan Counting on December 14, 2023, we would like to
bring your attention to some important reminders for a smooth and efficient process:

• All students involved are required to attend a brief meeting at the Senior High School Coding
Laboratory, BEU Complex Building at 7:45 A.M. Please refer to the updated list of tasking
assignments and schedule for your respective roles.
• Utilize your time wisely and adhere strictly to the provided schedule.

During the Counting Process:

• If the quantity of the product differs from the required amount but has the same net weight when
calculated, set points must be recorded.
• The allowable discrepancy for lacking net weight is up to 20 grams or 20 ml.
• If the products do not meet the required total net weight, even with the granted exception, leave the
"point" column blank. Points will be subject to deliberation by PVCD officers.

For General Workforce Instructions:

• Attire: Type B uniform
• BE ON TIME. Ensure you are at your assigned sections 5-10 minutes before the scheduled counting
time.
• Submit the tally sheet to the monitoring team after the initial counting is complete, indicating readiness
for transport to the designated storage room.
• Report any issues promptly to a PVCD officer for immediate resolution.
• Maintain a respectful demeanor throughout the entire process.
