Board Resolution
The Board of Directors of DESERT SHEBOON TRADINBG SPC (CR. No. 1424129), hereby resolve and approve the
opening and operating a current corporate account with Bank Dhofar SAOG at their Corporate center Branch, Azaiba
or any of their branches within Oman.

It is also resolved that the company can have multiple or sub accounts in any currencies for the purpose of managing
bits operations. It is further resolved that the below mentioned members are singly and independently authorized
for:

 Opening, maintaining or closing one or more bank accounts with the Bank in the sultanate of Oman and also
changing the authorized signatories to such bank accounts;
 Drawing Money, transferring funds within Bank Dhofar, to other banks in Oman and outside Oman;
 Paying salaries, bills, and making bulk payments;
 Requesting and issuing cheques, and collecting the amounts on behalf of company;
 Requesting guarantees, delivery documents, bonds, instruments, invoice, Bill of lading and any other non-
funded products in-line with Bank's Credit Polic;
 Available Corporate Internet Banking with all the services/facilities available under the Bank's Corporate
Internet Banking facility namely local transfers, outside Oman, bill payments, payroll and bulk payments as
well as addition/deletion of users and any other new services in the future;
 Requesting business debit cards, business credit cards, point of Sale (POS) machines, Payment gateway (E-
Commerce), Business-to-Business (B2B), Remote cheque Capture Device (RCCD), E-Statements, SMS Banking,
cheque books and or any other services/products from the bank.
