() As mandated by the Regulations, online applications were submitted by the Entitled HEIs willing to offer programmes under online ‘mode, Further, each HET submitted affidavit for ensuring compliance to all the provisions of the University Grants Commission (Open ‘and Distance Learning Programmes and Online Programmes) Regulations, 2020 and its amendments and also deposited prescribed lee ‘ss nolifed by the Commission. (The duty cere information submitted by the HBL, was to ascertain conformity tothe following four provistons only: 1. Entitlement eligi criteria ofthe HEL 2 ermisaibity of proposed programmes tobe offered under online mode 3. Adherence 19 UGC Notification of Specification of Degrees, 2014 aad its amendments 4. Prior approval of Regulatory Authority, wherever applicable: (04) Programmes under the ambit of Regulatory Authorities have been considered on the basis of communication/recommendations received from respective Regulatory Authority.
