understanding of your account and to aid your journey with us. Please refer to our brochures for the

 Account Verification Customer Service Operating Hours:
(Applicable to Online Enrolment Only)

Saturday & Sunday: 0830 AM – 1300 PM
Closed on Public Holidays

Please come down to our customer service counter within 14 days for Account verification,
Eyesight test, Digital Photo-taking & Updating of valid traffic police test result (if any),
before booking any practical training, Traffic Police Theory Test.

Kindly bring along your identification card or Valid Singapore passport, Valid Singapore
Driving licence (If any) & Spectacles or contact lens, if required. You do not need an
appointment for the above processes.
1. Navigating Your
Account – ‘Home’ Eyesight test has to be done at our
customer service counter.
View our latest message If the message shows ‘Eyesight Test
missing’, it means you have not taken
at the home page your eyesight test or updated your
eyesight test result. Please visit our
customer service counter for
assistance. Remember to bring along
your spectacles/contact lens if required.
*Eyesight test result is valid for 3 years
only.
Not applicable to Course code 2A/2/3T
Photo-taking is necessary for your driving
licence. It must be taken at the photo-booth
located at the driving centre.
If the message shows ‘Photo-taking missing’, it
means that you have not taken a photo for your
driving licence. Kindly proceed to our customer
service counter for assistance. Remember to
bring along your identification card or valid
Singapore passport for verification.
If you already have a Qualified Driver’s
Licence, please present your valid driver’s
licence to our customer service officer for a
wavier.

Ensure you have a valid PDL before proceeding for your road practical training.
Please apply your PDL through Traffic police website at www.police.gov.sg. Your PDL
expiry date will reflect here after 1 working day. Please ensure you have a valid Basic theory
test result & eyesight test.
If you have already applied for a PDL and it is not reflected here, kindly update your PDL
expiry date with our customer service.

 Basic/Riding (2B)/Final (3A/3C/3T) theory lessons (HBTL)/practice/evaluation:
School student are to attend trainings conducted by BBDC. Basic theory lessons (BTL 1.01 & 1.02), Riding theory lessons
2. Navigating Your (RTL 1.01 & 1.02) & Final theory lessons (FTL 1.01 & 1.02) are mandatory to attend before commencing your practical
training. These lessons are to be attended via Zoom
Account – ‘Booking’
Theory practice allows you to practice and understand the theory test question. You may book up to 3 theory practice at a
time.
Knowing where to start
Theory Evaluation evaluates your understanding on the theory question. It is mandatory to pass the evaluation before
booking the Traffic police theory test. Theory practice and evaluation are conducted in our driving centre.

* Please complete Basic theory test before proceeding to Riding/Final theory test.
(Recommended procedure: Basic theory practice (BTP) – Basic theory Evaluation (BTE) – Basic theory test (BTT) –
Passed BTT – Riding/Final theory Practice (RTP/FTP) – Riding/Final theory evaluation (RTE/FTE) – Riding/Final Theory
Test (RTT/FTT)

Traffic Police Driving Simulator (TPDS)(Applicable to all account registered on or after 16 December 2019):
You may book up to 3 modules of TPDS. We strongly advice you to secure the TPDS slot immediately.

* 3P/3AP/3F/2A/2 – You may book 3 modules of TPDS after successful enrolment

* 3A/3C/2B - You may book your TPDS after completing 5 hours of practical training.

 Home-Based Theory Lesson (HBTL)
Selected theory lesson is conducted Via Zoom Meeting. Please download and familiarise with the app before the start of your

Step 1 HBTL You should attend HBTL in a safe environment. Do not attend HBTL while driving/riding or working. Your face must be visible
throughout the lesson.

Receive The HBTL zoom login ID and password will be sent to you via SMS 1 day (By
SMS 5pm) before lesson commence. Please ensure you have your latest contact number

training fee will be refunded immediately into your BBDC account.
*There will be no refund for cancellation of Traffic Police Theory & Practical
Test.
If the lesson is within 48 hours, lesson will be place under ‘Try-Sell’. Training
fee will only be refunded if the slot is sold successfully. You may choose to take
the slot back and attend the lesson if ‘Try-Sell’ is unsuccessful.
* ‘Try-Sell’ will stop 2 hours before lesson starts.

6. Navigating Your
Account – ‘Manage
Account’

* Perform Paynow Top up, Membership Renewal, Changing of Password

BBDC school account is valid for 1 year
If you have not completed the course and obtain your driving licence within a year, you
will need to renew your membership. *Membership renewal fee applies

If your account is due for renewal, membership renewal fee will be automatically
deducted from your account. If there is insufficient funds for renewal, your account will
be terminated automatically. If you do not want to use the account, please request to
terminate your account.
Membership Fee
Your account is valid for 1 year. If you have not completed the course and obtain
your driving licence within a year, you will need to renew your membership. You
may check your membership expiry date in your booking page.

Automatic Deduction of Membership Fee

If your account is due for renewal, membership renewal fee will be automatically
deducted from your account. Please refer to our monthly renewal fee at our
website.

If there is insufficient funds for renewal, your account will be terminated

automatically. If you do not want to use the account, please request to terminate your
account immediately.

* You can only view and book the available training/test slots before your
membership expiry date.

Applicable to Class 3/3A/3F/3P/3AP/2B learner:

Learner must possess a valid PDL when attending practical

training

Requirement to apply a PDL:

1. Valid BTT result
2. Pass Eyesight test (Result valid for 3 years)
3. Valid practical Stage 5.02 assessment result (Applicable to Class
2B learners only)

What should you do?

Step 1: Report back to Practical Test Warm-up
