Clean System is the new modular construction system for

operating rooms and critical areas of Grupsa, characterized by its
turnkey delivery, with extensive customization opportunities and
manufactured with the highest quality raw materials available in
the market.

In Grupsa we work with the client, from the beginning of the project
until the delivery of the same, in order to meet the high technical
requirements, antibacterial control, hermeticity and integration

Internal support structure, made of galvanized steel
profiles, which allows the modular configuration of the
construction space. Its assembly through previous
machining and telescopic height, is carried out with hardly
any tools and without dirtying the work space.

Vertical paneling and tecHnical band

Vertical panels made in different surface finishes.
Detachable panel by panel independently, which allows
the adaptation of any subsequent technological element
or the maintenance of the facilities (gases, lighting ...).
Optionally, they can incorporate plumb protection for
radiological areas.

pressurized ceiling conductiVe Flooring

The modular ceiling of Grupsa allows to ensure the hermetic
closure of the room, guaranteeing its pressurization. The
ceiling structure includes PVC perimeter joints on which
the horizontal plates rest. The hermeticity is finished with
steel clips at the top of the roof, which fix each plate by
adjusting it against the joints.

The GRUPSA flooring for modular operating
rooms is solved with a continuous and
conductive finish, executed in antibacterial
vinyl or by special resins for medical
environments. Thanks to a conductive
solution, the risk of accumulation of
electrostatic charges that could damage
patients or equipment is eliminated.

Hermetic automatic doors, with swing or sliding closing,
to allow the access of medical personnel with patients on
hospital beds in a comfortable and safe way. Detention,
activation and safety systems for opening and closing, to
avoid accidents, injuries and cross contamination.

compatible with control, visualization and
home automation elements in ceiling and
wall: display monitors, technical control
panels, weather, gas alarm, digital clock ...
All these installed equipment will depend on
the type of surgery and the operating room
configuration.

grade IP65 distributed evenly, obtaining a
suitable lighting to carry out the operations,
