Term of Payment : 1. 30% when the contract is signed.

2. 60% when cargo is loaded onto the barge.

price is fixed for first 2 months, and it is adjustable after the third month

: - THE VALIDITY OF THIS FCO IS 2 DAY AFTER RECEIVED BY THE BUYER AND SIGNED
AND STAMPED BY THE BUYER.
: - THE CONTRACT AND DLC PROCESS WILL BE CARRIED OUT WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER
THE FCO IS RETURNED TO THE SELLER FROM THE BUYER WITH THE BUYER'S
SIGNAGE AND STAMP.

For the full duration of the Contract, the quality of Steam Coal to be supplied shall meet the specification as follow:
