For the Student’s Permit

The student’s permit is the permit that a future driver would be


required to get if they plan on applying for a non-professional
or professional license. Now you need to take a 15-hour
Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) and obtain a certificate to
get a Student Permit. You can get this for free if you take it to
an LTO driving center that gives free training,. If you take TDC
on driving schools, here are the estimate that you need to
spend on Student Permits.
