8.8.3 Standard sales invoicing shall be per position as outlined in Bill of Quantity (Schedule 1).

8.8.4 The Customer is obliged to notify DOKA within one week of disassembly of any DOKA Rental Materials and initiate return
of DOKA Rental Materials to DOKA Warehouse in a timely manner. A list summarizing the Rental Material remaining on
Customer Project can be provided upon request.

8.8.5 All clients with rental orders are obliged to register for the customer portal <myDoka= without exception.

8.9 Rental Materials

8.9.1 Information regarding Back-Delivery of Rental Material should be sent to DOKA at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the
actual date of returning the Rental Materials. The vehicle transporting the Materials should reach DOKA9s Jebel Ali yard
before twelve (12) noon on a working day in order to be unloaded on the same day. For late returns, DOKA will unload on
the next available working day or reschedule the return of the Rental Material in the first instance. The Customer shall
arrange Back-Delivery of Rental Material at its sole cost and responsibility.

8.9.2 Rental Materials to be returned to DOKA shall be properly cleaned, bundled, and loaded on truck by the Customer in such
a way that easy unloading by forklift can be done at the warehouse of DOKA in the Jebel Ali Free Zone. Such unloading of
Rental Material shall not be charged to the Customer. Material which cannot be unloaded by forklift and has to be unloaded
manually will be charged to the Customer at the rate of AED 500.00 per hour.

8.9.3 DOKA Reconditioning fee

8.9.3.a) DOKA shall charge for reconditioning services a lump sum fee of 1.5% of the Sale List Price value, applicable
at the date of the Agreement, of the Rental Material, which is returned by the Customer to DOKA Warehouse
in Jebel Ali (the <Recon Fee=). The Recon Fee covers and includes the following reconditioning services
associated with Rental Material returned by the Customer to DOKA Warehouse in Jebel Ali:

÷ Fine cleaning
÷ Dent removal on floor props
÷ Built-in plywood repair
÷ Built-in accessories replacement
÷ Welding frames and profiles
÷ Straightening and alignments
÷ All additional repair and labor costs

The above services shall be defined as per DOKA quality criteria available upon request.

8.9.3.b) However the Recon Fee explicitly excludes the following:

÷ Fully destroyed and missing Rental Material


÷ Heavy cleaning (e.g. substantial concrete residues removal)
÷ Built-in Plywood replacement
÷ Profile changes for framed Formwork

The above reconditioning and repair services and any damages/repairs not covered by the Recon Fee in
accordance with section 8.9.4.a) shall be payable separately by the Customer.

8.9.3.c) The Customer shall be responsible:

÷ For pre-cleaning of Rental Material prior to return of Rental Material to DOKA warehouse in Jebel Ali
÷ Handle all Rental Material professionally according to DOKA user manual;
÷ Ensure intermediate cleaning after each casting;
÷ Ensure regular usage of release agents (e.g. Doka-Trenn, Doka-Optix, Doka Release WB)

8.9.3.d) Condition of DOKA Rental Material shall evaluated in accordance with DOKA Quality Criteria only. Click the

view the Doka Quality criteria or a copy of which shall be provided by DOKA to the Customer upon request

8.9.4 DOKA reserves the right to check all Rental Materials returned to their warehouse within a maximum period of ten (10)
days, during which time the Rental Return Delivery Report (RRDR) will be provided (by way of facsimile or e-mail
correspondence) to the Customer, informing of quantity and quality of Rental Materials received. Damaged Rental
Materials shall be kept separate from other Material for a period of seven (7) days after the RRDR is provided to the
Customer for inspection and to verify the extent of any damages, losses and/or collection of such damaged Rental Materials.
In case the Customer fails to send a representative to such inspection and/or collection, the Customer accepts that such
inspection is undertaken by DOKA only and accepts the contents of the Rental Return Delivery Report (RRDR) provided by
DOKA including any damages and/or losses reported therein.
